This shop is run by me, Themythicalangel, an independent illustrator and digital artist based in Denmark 🇩🇰. All artwork is original and made with love. Products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service that handles printing, packaging, and shipping.

  • All products feature my original artwork

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods

  • Sizes and dimensions are listed in each product description — please check carefully before purchasing

⏱️ Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order by Printful

  • Processing time is typically 2–5 business days

  • Shipping times vary by location — please see my Shipping Info page for more details

  • Some items may arrive in separate packages, especially if your order includes different product types

💳 Payments

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other available methods

  • All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Krone) unless stated otherwise

  • Your payment is charged at checkout

🚚 Shipping

  • I offer worldwide shipping

  • Shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link (where available)

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

🔄 Returns & Issues

All items are made to order, which means:

  • No returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • If there’s an issue, please contact me at [oles0025@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo and description of the problem

I’ll work with Printful to resolve it by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
