I truly hope you love your order! Every product in this shop is made especially for you — but if something isn’t right, I’ll always do my best to help 💌

🚫 Made-to-Order Items (Print-on-Demand Products)

Most apparel and print products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because these items are produced specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size or item
• Changing your mind
• Minor variations in color or print placement

Please double-check product details and sizing before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to message me before purchasing!

📦 Specialty Items (Standees, Plushies, Books)

Specialty items that are stocked and shipped directly by me follow a slightly different return policy.

🇪🇺 Returns Within Europe

Returns are only available within Europe and must be shipped using PostNord.

Due to high international shipping costs (especially services like FedEx), I am unfortunately unable to accept returns from outside Europe.

If you are located within Europe and wish to request a return:

• Contact me within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

😢 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item — I’m so sorry!

For Printful items:

Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of what’s wrong

I will submit a replacement request and keep you updated 💖

For specialty items shipped by me:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed faulty or damaged during shipping, I will offer a replacement or refund.

🕒 Time Limits

• Damage or misprint claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• European return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

🌍 International Orders (Outside Europe)

Due to high return shipping costs and carrier limitations, I am unable to accept general returns from outside Europe.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I will make it right.
