I truly hope you love your order! Every product in this shop is made especially for you — but if something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to fix it 💌

🚫 No returns or exchanges (made-to-order)

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, which means I don’t keep stock and can’t accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or item

  • Changing your mind

  • Minor variations in color or print position

Please be sure to double-check product details and sizing before you order. If you're unsure, feel free to message me before purchasing!

😢 Something arrived damaged or wrong?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item — I’m so sorry!

Since all items are printed and shipped by Printful, I work directly with them to solve these issues quickly.

📩 What to do:

Please email me at [oles0025@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of what’s wrong

Once I have that, I’ll submit a replacement request to Printful and keep you updated 💖

🕒 Time limit

Claims for misprints, damages, or wrong items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, so please don’t wait too long to check your package!

📦 Can I send it back?

No physical returns are required in most cases. Since Printful handles fulfillment, they usually process replacements directly — so you won’t need to return anything unless specifically requested.
